Ameera Village occupies a convenient and distinguished
location on the Emirates Road. It is only 15 minutes away
from Dubai International Airport. It will consist of 50
traditionally designed residential buildings. In addition
to hotel apartments and a shopping mall that will be erected
in the same style. It will feature a 500 mtr. Long boardwalk
surrounded by gardens, public parks, fountains, coffee
shops, restaurants and commercial outlets.
The village will also house a mosque, day care nursery
and a commercial club with sports gymnasiums and swimming
pools, plus many other annexes and utilities that will
be of benefit. The village will have wide roads and a
plentiful amount of car parking spaces.
