TAMEER’s Silver Tower Top Floor & Roof Completed

Progress marks achievement of December 2009 milestone

Leading regional real estate company, TAMEER,reports steady progress on the construction of its 31-storey Silver Tower, with the completion of the building’s top floor and roof. The progress marks the completion of the structure works and achievement of the scheduled December 2009 milestone, set to be one of the most sought-after addresses in Dubai’s prestigious Business Bay district.

At a height of 148 meters, TAMEER’s Silver Tower, with its silver aluminum facade and sleek glass architecture, is well on its way to becoming one of Dubai’s leading landmarks. Once completed, the building will comprise 260 offices of varying sizes, all characterized by the highest standards of design and construction.

In addition to offering premium office space, Silver Tower will also be home to a fully-equipped health club, 748 private parking spaces, retail and commercial outlets, a cafeteria and more, spread across a total area of around 700,000 sq. ft.

According to company officials, construction on the building is progressing according to schedule, with completion of the project on track for a 2010 delivery.
